The post
RediDriver is a gas powered post driver. It runs on a Honda four stroke engine, needs no hose and no compressor, and drives posts from ground level. One person carries it from post to post.
No. A RediDriver is fully self-contained. There is no hose, no compressor and no power cord, which is the entire reason the tool exists.
Wooden posts, steel posts, T-posts, U-channel, sign posts, guide posts, fiberglass rods, grounding rods, rebar stakes and tent stakes. Post size picks the model: the REDIclassic52 handles items under 2 inch, the REDIboss78 and MEGAmulti handle up to 3 inch OD, and the REDImagnum105 guide tube takes the REDIboss78 to 4 inch.
26 joules on the REDIclassic52 and REDIboss78, and 30 joules on the MEGAmulti. Impact rate is 1720 BPM, 1740 BPM and 1780 BPM respectively.

Only if the post is narrower than the guide tube. A sleeve keeps the post centred so it drives straight. Rods and rebar always need one, a 13/16 inch sleeve, on every model.
No. The MEGAmultiguidetube, MEGAcrankhousing and MEGAcylinderliner are exclusive to the MEGAmulti and are not compatible with any other model. If an internal part is not listed under Mega, it is compatible with the REDIboss78 internals.
No. REDIboss78 sleeves are cut for the 3 1/8 inch guide tube. The REDIclassic52 has a 2 inch guide tube and takes its own sleeves, such as the REDIslvrod52 for rods rather than the REDIslvrod78.
Straight unleaded gas, no mixing. Engine oil is 10W-30 and driver lubrication is EP 0 low viscosity grease. Use only EP 0, do not substitute.
Clean it after each use to remove dirt and debris, and lubricate regularly. A full service is recommended annually, especially with frequent use.
Three years on the post driver components, the longest in the industry, plus Honda's own 1 or 2 year warranty on the engine.
Over 100 dB. Hearing protection is required. Handles are spring isolated to dampen vibration.
