T-posts Steel fence posts
REDIboss78 post driver with 3 1/8” ID guide tube T-posts sit well under the REDIboss78's 3 1/8" tube, so the T-post reducer sleeve keeps the post centred and driving straight.
Nothing extra. The guide tube handles it as shipped.
REDIclassic52: No reducer required with the REDIclassic52 when driving T-posts.
All posts under 2" Wood, steel, round
REDIclassic52 with 2” ID guide tube Under 2 inch is exactly what the REDIclassic52's 2" guide tube was built for, and at 32 lbs it is the lightest driver to carry all day.
Nothing extra. The guide tube handles it as shipped.
2 3/8" pipe Round steel post
REDIboss78 post driver with 3 1/8” ID guide tube Fits inside the 3 1/8" guide tube with room to spare. Pick ONE of the two below. The reducer sleeve and the driving cap will not work together.
- REDIcap78 — OR the cap instead. It protects the top of the post. Recommended for tubing and other thin-wall pipe.
3" round posts Corral, pipe fence
REDI Driver MegaMulti 3 inch is the ceiling for the standard guide tube, so you want the hardest hit available. The GX50 puts 30 joules into it at 1780 BPM.

REDIboss78: The REDIboss78 drives 3" round as well, straight down its standard 3 1/8" tube.

REDI Driver Commercial / DOT package Four inch is DOT package territory. The package includes the driver, the Magnum guide tube, the reducer and the handle extension in one order.

REDIboss78 post driver with 3 1/8” ID guide tube U-channel takes its own adapters on the REDIboss78. The guide adapter will not drive U-channel.
